Smiley MD Ewa Bigio will be shepherding through 3 new film projects at MIPTV/MIPDOC this March. These include LA based director Regina Park of Single Drop Films' Redemption, Singapore's Lianian Films' The Firefly( dir. Lynn Lee ) and The Shortest Man in the Village ( dir. James Leong ). All three projects have generated good preliminary interest. Redemption has secured early funding from US based distributor Women Make Movies whilst both The Firefly and The Shortest Man in the Village have attracted early interest from established international broadcasters.
